富斯用户售后制度(海外试用版)

Flysky Oversea After-sales Service (trial)

 

售后服务原则:遵循“何处购买,何处售后”的属地售后规则,需返厂售后维修,请优先联系所购产品商家进行售后服务(经深圳市富斯科技有限公司(以下简称“富斯”)授权,富斯经销商及代理商代表富斯在海外进行产品销售及售后服务)。

Principle: “Perform after-sales services at the place where you buy”. If a product needs to be returned to the factory for after-sales repair, please first contact the local product distributors or agents (overseas distributors or agents authorized by Flysky for sales and after-sales services).

如用户联系卖家未果,用户可联系富斯售后人员,需遵循以下《富斯售后服务条款》进行售后服务,富斯经销商及代理商的售后条款不能约束富斯。

When failing to contact the seller, the user can contact Flysky after-sales service staff, according to the following "Terms and Conditions of Flysky After-sales Service". Flysky will not be subject to the terms and conditions of after-sales service drafted by its distributors and agents.

 

1、富斯售后服务条款:

1. Terms and conditions of Flysky after-sales service

1.1技术售后服务,根据不同情况提供不同的售后服务权限,具体可分为以下两种情况:

1.1 According to after-sales service authorities, there are the following two cases:

1.1.1当产品出现问题且经富斯技术人员判断为产品质量问题需更换配件时,用户需提供产品购买凭证、遥控器机身二维码等凭证为依据,同时满足以上条件且用户提供完整凭证的,富斯承担更换配件的相关材料费用;若经富斯技术人员分析非产品质量问题,富斯将为用户提供官方购买平台,用户可自行购买配件并承担相关费用,如官方购买平台无此配件或其他特殊情况,用户可咨询富斯售后单独购买并自行承担费用,包括但不限于:配件费、运费、关税、清关、银行转账手续等费用。

1.1.1 When a product is defective and the Flysky technical staff determines that the component of product is needs to be replaced for product defect itself, the user needs to provide the purchase voucher and QR code of the transmitter. If the above conditions are met and the user provides the complete vouchers, Flysky will bear the material expense of the replaced component. If the Flysky technical staff determines that there is no product quality problem after analysis, the user can purchase the parts via the Flysky’s official purchase platform and bear the related costs. If the parts are not available on the official purchase platform, the user can consult Flysky after-sales service to purchase the parts separately at its own costs, including but not limited to parts expense, freight, customs duties, customs clearance, bank transfer charges, etc.

 

1.1.2当产品出现问题时,为更大限度分析出问题的可能性,技术人员需要用户尽可能提供更多关于产品问题信息以做分析。若产品出现的问题比较严重,富斯需获得产品来判断故障原因时,即产品需返厂进行进一步检测,富斯售后人员将返厂维修要求告知用户。首先,用户需自行详细填写附件一《返厂维修协议表》,然后按照规定的要求将产品寄回富斯指定地址。富斯售后服务中心收到该表和需检修的产品后,将对产品进行故障排查以便确定问题原因及责任归属,查清产品问题原因及责任归属后,富斯将及时告知用户。若属于产品本身质量问题,富斯官方承担产品检测费、相关材料费等;若经检测非产品质量问题,用户可选择付费维修(具体包括维修检测费、相关材料费等)或选择不维修原机寄回。

1.1.2 When a product is defective, the user may be required to provide details about the defective product for troubleshooting. If the product has a serious problem and Flysky needs to obtain the product to determine the cause, i.e., the product needs to be returned to the factory for further testing, the Flysky after-sales staff will inform the user of it. First of all, the user should fill out the "Depot Repair Agreement Form" in detail and then send the product back to Flysky's designated address according to the requirements. After receiving the form and the product to be repaired, Flysky after-sales service center will check the product to determine the cause of the problem and the responsibility. After finding out the cause of the problem and the responsibility, Flysky will inform the user in time. If the product is defective itself, Flysky will bear the product testing fee and related material fee. If the product is non-defective itself, the user can choose to pay for the repair (including the testing fee and related material fee) or choose not to repair with sending it back.

注:在1.1.2情况下,用户已知悉无论检测结果是否为产品本身质量问题,用户都需承担产品往返运费、关税、清关、银行转账手续等费用。

Note: In the case of 1.1.2, the user has been informed that regardless of the test result, the user has to bear the cost of round-trip shipping, customs duty, customs clearance, bank transfer charge, etc.

 

1.2 若产品需要返厂检测,寄修前请用户妥善处理原有产品上附着的个性化物品和装饰(包含但不限于产品装饰性贴纸、涂料喷漆等),用户知道在维修过程中极有可能拆机导致破损装饰件,富斯不承担产品个性化物品和装饰的破损费用。

1.2 If the product needs to be returned to the factory for testing, the user is requested to properly dispose of the personalized items and decorations attached to the original product (including but not limited to decorative stickers, paint, spray, etc.) before sending the product for repair. The user should be aware that it is highly likely that the decorations will be broken during repair, and Flysky will not be responsible for the cost of breaking the personalized items and decorations.

 

1.3为确保用户的正常权益,在签收商品时,请用户认真检查产品及包装是否完好(是否存在因物流等原因造成的损坏),因物流运输导致的物品损坏,需在24小时内联系富斯售后进行报备,逾期将无法为您受理。如产品存在其他异常,请于签收日起7日内反馈富斯,若用户于签收日起7日内未反馈将视为默认产品无损坏且性能正常。

1.3 To ensure the normal rights and interests of a user, the user needs to check carefully whether the product and packaging are intact when receiving the product (whether there is a damage caused during shipping). If the items are damaged in the shipping, the user needs to report it to Flysky after-sales service center within 24 hours, otherwise, it will not be accepted. If the product has other abnormalities, please give a feedback to Flysky within 7 days from the date of receipt, otherwise, it will be regarded as a non-defective product with normal performance.

 

1.4针对已停产产品,富斯公司不提供售后返修服务。如确有返修需求的,需提前与富斯售后部门联系确认维修物料事宜,经富斯公司同意后,方可进行售后返修。

1.4 For an end-of-manufacturing (EOM) product, Flysky does not provide after-sales depot repair service. If there is a demand for depot repair, the user should contact Flysky after-sales department in advance to confirm the repair material. The depot repair is allowed only under the approval of Flysky.

 

1.5返修周期以富斯工厂签收返修品之日起45个工作日为限。                                                                                                                              

1.5 The depot repair period is limited to 45 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product by Flysky factory.

 

1.6以上售后服务条款最终解释权归深圳市富斯科技有限公司所有。

1.6 Shenzhen Flysky Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right for the final interpretation of the above after-sales service terms and conditions.

 

注:请注意,因工厂维修过程中可能会因测试等操作原因导致数据丢失,请先行备份模型数据。如有数据丢失的情况,富斯不承担任何法律责任。
