1. How to compose an email to get the fastest most efficient response from us:
Clearly state in the subject the purpose of the email: product model, e-mail subject (product bug, product suggestion, product quality problem, cooperation consultation, product information consultation), for example: “FS-iA6B antenna parameter consultation”.
If possible provide images or videos outlining the issue/subject. Videos can be sent through dropbox, wetransfer, mega, OneDrive, Google Drive or similar. Remember to include the link in the email.
For product related issues provide product images, software version, hardware version, detailed problem description as clear as possible information about the products you are using with it such as: the model type and name, motor, servo, ESC, battery etc.
2. What should I do if I don't get a reply after sending an email to Flysky for a long time?
Check to make sure that your email successfully sent.
